The successful individuals we call our clients

Our clients represent a wide range of ages and occupations, from business owners to physicians to retirees. While they are diverse in their needs and situations, they also have much in common. They tend to live down-to-earth and active lifestyles. They’ve worked hard for what they’ve earned and choose to spend it on things they feel are fulfilling, not flashy.

Our younger clients generally are working hard to build their businesses, practices and personal wealth. As busy as they can get, they don’t have the time to worry about their finances, and trust us to handle it for them. With a longer time horizon, they are often willing to accept more risk in order to pursue their financial goals. We take this into account when carefully customizing their investment portfolios. If they own a business, they often ask us to take on their company 401(k) plan as a client, as well.

Our goal for our clients in or approaching retirement is for them to be at a point where they’ve reached their retirement goals and look forward to traveling, hobbies and enjoying time with their family. We’d like them to be happy in having trusted advisors who won’t let any important detail go unattended, so they can enjoy the new lifestyle they have created. We touch base with them often, either over the phone or in person, and are always available to help with anything, from purchasing a car to finding a mover.

Our new clients often come from referrals from our current clients. When considering a new client, we know the importance of making sure that we’re a good fit for them and vice versa. In order to provide the level of service our clients deserve, we find it best to limit the number of clients we serve.
